Spending 7 days at Costao is living a different experience every morning. Waking up with the sea, adventuring through the dunes, relaxing in pools, enjoying a festival of flavors with the gastronomy, and enjoying activities that delight both adults and children with your family.
Here, each day reveals something new, and that's why a full week at the resort leaves that feeling of wanting to stay... and always come back.
Day 1 | The arrival that slows down and connects
Your immersion begins as soon as you arrive. Check in calmly and then enjoy walking leisurely through the social areas, feeling the atmosphere and nature.
Relax at the International Hotel Lounge and enjoy the view of the beach. Meanwhile, the children can start having fun with the Gralha Azul team, which ensures lively activities from the first moment.
In the evening, reserve a special dinner at Trattoria: handmade pasta, naturally fermented pizzas, and that cozy atmosphere to start the week with lots of flavor.
Day 2 | Adventure on the dunes and an evening of Japanese gastronomy
After a hearty breakfast, start with an adrenaline activity: sandboarding on the dunes of Mozambique is fun, produces amazing photos, and guarantees lots of laughs.
Children are guaranteed activities at Fazendinha 4 Patas or Vila Kids. Tip: enroll the little ones in the Turma Gralha Azul, our team of monitors who lead various recreational activities throughout the day.
For lunch, Nossa Senhora das Ondas restaurant is the perfect choice, with themed stations and a variety of dishes — and the best part, with a sea view.
In the afternoon, enjoy Praia do Santinho, savor snacks at the Rancho do Pescador (additional cost) or relax in the infinity pool.
For dinner, book an experience at Kaigan, which offers sushi, signature dishes, and a sophisticated atmosphere, with a menu signed by the starred chef Edson Yamashita.
To close the day, the Costao Sports Bar is a must-stop, with live music, drinks, and games in a sports-themed environment.
Day 3 | Radical fun and enchanting shows
The third day is for those who love movement. Prepare for moments of joy and family fun.
Activities like tree climbing and zip-lining (extra cost) bring that extra dose of adventure. Those who prefer something lighter can opt for archery or bird watching at the RPPN Morro das Aranhas.
For lunch, the Espaço Gastronômico Sambaqui offers delicious meats and grills in a relaxed environment. On Saturdays, don't miss the traditional Costela Fogo de Chão.
Also visit the Garden of Senses in the Ecological Park and then relax in the infinity pool, while enjoying drinks from the Wet Bar.
In the evening, dine at Nossa Senhora das Ondas restaurant and then watch shows and performances at the Teatro Fernando Marcondes, which make your experience even more special.
Day 4 | Nature, gastronomy, and seaside moments
Start the day with an ecological trail exploring the Atlantic Forest and learning more about the nature surrounding the resort — there are seven options available.
For lunch, choose between Nossa Senhora das Ondas restaurant or Espaço Gastronômico Sambaqui, both with great gastronomic options.
During the high season, enjoy the exclusive beach service, with feet on the sand, chairs, umbrellas, and the best drinks at your disposal. If you want to relax in the pools, there are 11 spread across the resort.
End the fourth day at Nossa Senhora da Vitória restaurant and indulge in a contemporary gastronomic experience with a four-course dinner. Then, finish the day listening to live music at Costao Sports Bar.
Day 5 | Water sports, well-being, and rest
The fifth day can start with a sea adventure. From October to March, practice stand-up paddleboarding or kayaking at the Marina dos Ingleses and have a different contact with the sea.
Upon returning, Rancho do Pescador (additional cost) is the perfect option to savor the best of regional gastronomy with seafood and a beach atmosphere.
Children experience a marathon at Vila Kids, with 1,200 m² of pure fun.
Relax in the infinity pool in front of the International Hotel and enjoy the best of All-Inclusive with a drink by the sea.
Dinner is at Nossa Senhora das Ondas restaurant, and you can end the day watching a new show at the Teatro Fernando Marcondes or simply relaxing in the resort's social areas.
Day 6 | Culture, fun, and a special evening
After a resort-worthy All-Inclusive breakfast, explore with the children the local fauna on one of the guided trails, observing the birds and learning about the region's ecosystem.
Visit the Archaeological Open-Air Museum, where you can check out rock inscriptions over 5,000 years old — records of the first people who inhabited the Island of Santa Catarina.
To relax, enjoy the Solarium 7 Chacras, with a hot tub and warm waters. If you prefer, relax at the International Hotel Lounge, which has bungalows ideal for sunset.
The Costao SPA by L’Occitane au Brésil (additional cost) offers more than 50 treatment options — the relaxing massage is a must.
Ending the sixth day, choose the restaurant of your preference and finish the night at your favorite bar.
Day 7 | Farewell with a taste for more
The last day is usually the most contemplative — and that's no coincidence.
Enjoy the morning without haste: have a hearty breakfast, enjoy nature, and relax in the pools.
Even after your check-out, there's still time to enjoy a little more. Take the children to Fazendinha 4 Patas or do the Bee Circuit, amidst the Ecological Park.
Before the farewell, enjoy the beach and renew your energies.
The certainty is that your farewell will only be a see you soon.
Make your reservation and ensure days that will be etched in your life forever!
