What are the check-in and check-out times at the resort?
The check-in time at the resort is at 3 PM and the check-out time is at 11 AM.
The check-out lunch is included in the stay, and guests can access the leisure facilities and enjoy the All-inclusive meal plan until 3 PM on the departure date.
It is necessary to return the room by 11 AM at the reception to proceed to the restaurant (lunch is served from 12 PM to 3 PM). Early check-in and late check-out are available at an additional cost and can be arranged directly at the reception without a guarantee of accommodation access.

What is the difference between staying at the Hotel Internacional and at the Portuguese Villas?
The Hotel Internacional is a sophisticated structure very well located in front of Santinho Beach. It consists of four interconnected blocks, where the accommodations are modern suites with sea views.
The advantage, besides the paradisiacal landscape, is the easy and quick access to the beach, restaurants, and social area, where all the leisure and entertainment facilities of Costao do Santinho are at your disposal.
The categories of apartments available in this part of the Resort are: Junior, Luxury, Master, and Imperial Suites.
The villas' apartments are distributed across 14 buildings within the complex and feature the historical aspects of local Azorean colonization in their charming and rustic architecture with exposed brick, arches, and colored openings. The villas farther from the social area have their own pools, offering greater convenience. The categories of apartments available in the villas are: Superior, Superior with garden views of 1 bedroom, Superior with 2 or 3 bedrooms with garden or sea views. In addition to the differences described above, guests who stay at the Hotel Internacional are entitled to some benefits:

Hercílio Luz International Airport (FLN) is located in the south of the island, 45 km from Costao do Santinho. How do I get to Costao do Santinho by car?
Follow the instructions below to reach Costao:
1 - Right after crossing the Governador Pedro Ivo Campos Bridge, which connects the mainland to the island, there will be signs directing you to the north of the island via Beira Mar Norte Avenue.
2- Follow Beira Mar Norte Avenue until you reach a roundabout where signs will direct you to the north of the island once again (the most well-known neighborhoods in the north are: Jurerê, Canasvieiras, Ingleses, and Santinho - the latter being where we are located).
3 - The state highway (SC-401) takes you to the Canasvieiras neighborhood roundabout, where there will be signs directing you towards the Ingleses neighborhood.

What sports can be practiced at the resort?
Costao do Santinho has one of the most complete infrastructures for practicing sports in resorts in Brazil, with various activities: soccer (on the court or field), volleyball (on the court, beach, or pool), surfing, tennis, golf, walking and hiking, tree climbing and zip-lining, swimming, water aerobics, bodybuilding, archery, sandboarding, etc. We provide equipment rentals.
What are the nighttime attraction options at the resort?
In addition to the activities offered by the Sports & Leisure team (according to age group) and the attractions included in the package program (gatherings, presentations, etc.), we have the Carijós Bar, which operates from 6 PM to 2 AM.
Which activities and services have an extra cost?
Activities with an extra cost include: surfing lessons with the Costao do Santinho surf school (SUP activity with the Resort's Sports and Leisure team is free), tennis lessons, schooner trips, horseback riding, tree climbing, and zip-lining, Costao VR Games, treatments at Costao SPA, beauty salon, Costao Golf, Costao Delivery, consumption at Rancho do Pescador (amount deducted from credit for guests who booked a stay at Hotel Internacional), purchases at the boutique, bottles of alcoholic beverages, tours, and city tours.

How many pools are available at the resort? What are the options?
Costao has an aquatic complex with eleven pools located in the social area, in front of the International Hotel, in villas 6, 10, and 14. Two outdoor pools are heated and are located next to the Nossa Senhora das Ondas restaurant, and two are thermal and indoor, located in the International Hotel and the social area. We have everything from children's pools to an infinity pool with a swim-up bar and a Children's Water Park, with a circuit to ensure children's fun. We also have the Solarium Sete Chacras, a space with six whirlpools and an outdoor hot tub where you can enjoy the landscape while relaxing.
How to accommodate my baby?
For your convenience, we offer a baby kit containing the following items: crib and bathtub. We also have high chairs for babies in the restaurants.
Is there a babysitting service option at the resort? How does it work?
There is an option to hire a babysitter for a minimum of 4 consecutive hours per day (the babysitter is responsible for only one child). Scheduling must be done by phone: (48) 3261 2222 or extension 2222 during the stay. The service must be requested at the Guest Center at least 24 hours in advance.
Is there an option to request baby food at the resort?
Yes, you can request our Food & Beverage department to provide baby food during your stay.
Is there a courtesy for children in the apartment? Until what age?
There is a courtesy for children up to 3 years old (request Baby Kit or extra bed when confirming the reservation).
Is there an option to include an extra bed in the apartment? What is the price?
There is an option to include an extra bed (for children aged 4 to 11) in the Superior apartments (Portuguese Villas) and Master Suite (International Hotel), with additional charges. The inclusion of up to two extra beds (for children aged 4 to 11) is possible in the Superior apartments with 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms (Portuguese Villas) and in the Luxury and Imperial Suites (International Hotel), subject to payment. Is there accommodation available for people with disabilities?

Does the resort accept pets?
We are a Dog Friendly resort. We accept 1 (one) dog up to 15kg per reservation. It is mandatory to present the pet's updated vaccination card at check-in and sign the liability term.
Policies and Conditions
Liability Term
The daily fee for each animal is R$ 110.00 and includes 2 (two) pee pads and 2 (two) food/water bowls. The resort does not provide food for pets, and it is the sole responsibility of the owner to feed and care for the dog's hygiene during the stay. The dog must remain on a leash or be held all the time when outside the accommodation, and any physical or material damages caused to guests, staff, visitors, or the resort's structure will be charged to the dog's owner.
How do treatments work at Costao SPA?
Our SPA offers a variety of treatment options, whether for relaxation, aesthetic, or therapeutic purposes, providing well-being, balance, and harmony for your body and mind. Is the Costao SPA open to the public?
The Costao SPA is open to the public, meaning it is not necessary to be staying at the resort to enjoy the treatments and facilities.

How does Costao Golf work?
Do you want to improve your golf skills on a pleasant and spacious course surrounded by the Atlantic Forest? The Costao Golf Club offers lessons for all levels of players, from beginners to professionals. The Costao Golf Club course is spread over 3,300 yards, which is approximately three thousand meters and a walk of over six kilometers during play between the 9-hole course. The playing area is attractive and competitive, being qualified to host practices and tournaments.

It is 100% safe to confirm your booking through our online store. Our website is certified by Certisign, which certifies that the company has gone through all the necessary processes to ensure that such transactions are carried out safely.
How is the reservation payment made?
Payment via the Online Store (through the website): can be made in up to 10 installments on Visa and Mastercard credit cards. If the customer's credit card is not approved, the reservation will be automatically canceled, and an electronic message will be sent to the customer to make payment another way.

CREDIT CARD:
- Payment can be made in up to 10 installments on Visa and Mastercard credit cards for cards issued in Brazil; if the payment is made with credit cards issued outside Brazil, the amount cannot be split into installments. The customer will receive a link from the attendant to provide their credit card details, which must be filled in within 48 hours after the link is sent. After this period, the reservation is automatically canceled.
ELECTRONIC TRANSFER, DEPOSIT OR PIX:
- Payment can also be made via bank electronic transfer, in a single installment. By choosing this payment method, the customer can inquire about different conditions (upon consultation). The amount and payment details (bank details and PIX key) are sent by the attendant who made the reservation. The transfer receipt must be sent within 48 hours to the email of the attendant who made the reservation, or via WhatsApp to the number 48 98405 4703, with the following information: reservation code, purchaser's name, and total purchase amount. It's important to note that we will not send reservation confirmations through this channel (WhatsApp), which should be used only for sending and receiving the payment receipt.

How does the cancellation policy work?
RESORT CANCELLATION POLICY
For all cancellations requested in normal situations, except periods of catastrophe, pandemics, or public calamity, we apply the following cancellation policy:
- Cancellation up to 10 days before check-in (entry date): no cancellation fee.
- Cancellation 09 days or less before check-in: a fee of 100% of the reservation value is charged.
- Cancellation for Christmas, New Year, January, February and/or Carnival packages: up to 30 days before check-in (entry date) no cancellation fees apply. Between 29 and 10 days before check-in (entry date): a fee of 10% of the reservation value is charged; Between 09 and 07 days before check-in (entry date): a fee of 20% of the reservation value is charged; Less than 03 days before check-in (entry date): a fee of 100% of the reservation value is charged.
- Reservations made through third parties such as portals, agencies, or operators, group and event reservations may have specific cancellation policies. These should be consulted or informed through the purchase channel chosen by the guest.
- NOTE: Refunds will be by issuance of a credit letter with a validity period of up to 01 (one) year from the cancellation date. The credit letter can be used to offset amounts for a new reservation, according to the current rate and resort availability.;

I was contacted about the Vacation Club; how does it work?
The Vacation Club is a holiday program from Costao do Santinho where the client acquires points that are converted into weeks of accommodation at Costao do Santinho itself or at other resorts affiliated with RCI. The client purchases a certain amount of points, for a fixed price and period of years, which are converted into weeks of accommodation. Points are debited according to their use—similar to a bank account. This holiday program allows its members to plan their family vacations in advance with comfort, quality, and security.
