With few holidays scheduled for 2024, the hotel sector had to plan ahead to accommodate the public on special dates on the annual calendar and ensure occupancy. The next long weekend, according to the Federal Government calendar, is at the end of March with Good Friday, which precedes Easter Sunday.
With 20 days to go before the date, Resort Costao do Santinho celebrates the numbers, with nearly 100% of its accommodations sold, and continues betting on its unique features to attract customers from all over the country. For those still wishing to spend Easter at the Costao, there are few rooms left with availability only from Saturday to Sunday. "The result is the fruit of the work that has been done with the modernization of spaces, family apartments, pet-friendly accommodations, and differentiated programming throughout the 12 months of the year, with attractions for all ages and all profiles," highlights Daniela Rocco, Commercial and Marketing Director of the Costao.
In the first quarter, the Resort recorded results above expectations, with significant outcomes, expanding its reach in sales volume and also expanding the regions covered. "The year 2023 was extremely positive; we created new consumer relationship strategies and the result is reflected in high occupancy, customer return, and portfolio expansion. The events segment and the LATAM market have also shown significant results, which assure us that we are heading in the right direction with operations," concludes Daniela Rocco.
