GENERAL REGULATIONS FOR THE PROMOTION - RESORT WEEK – 8TH EDITION

  1. The RESORT WEEK – 8TH EDITION is a promotional campaign aimed at promoting offers from the Participating Resorts to the general public through the official campaign website www.resortweek.com.br, social media, and advertisements. For all purposes of participation, all Participating Resorts, whose list will be available on the website: www.resortweek.com.br, provided by Resorts Brasil to consumers, during the campaign period, are considered participants.**

  2. The Promotion is organized by the Brazilian Resort Association (“Resorts Brasil”), a non-profit organization registered under CNPJ 05.123.392/0001-08, and exclusively includes participation from some of its associated resorts (“Participating Resorts”), which makes its offer(s) available for the campaign.**

  3. The Promotion will be in effect from April 9 to April 15, 2025.**

  4. To participate in the Resort Week Promotion, interested clients must access the official campaign website www.resortweek.com.br, select the most attractive resort offer according to their preference, and complete the purchase on one of the sales channels provided by the participating resort, as per the link available on the official campaign website. Participants must be of legal age to participate in this promotion.**

4.1. Participating clients are fully responsible for the details they register and submit during the promotion and cannot attribute responsibility for incorrect data to anyone.**

  1. The Promotion will be advertised on the Resort Week website www.resortweek.com.br, through advertisements and Resorts Brasil's social media. Both the General Regulations and the Individual Regulations of the Participating Resort will be available on the Resort Week website for the duration of the campaign and may also be published on the Participating Resort's website, its sales channels, and official social media.**

  2. Resorts Brasil is not responsible for the services provided under the responsibility of the Participating Resort. Each Participating Resort has the freedom to create its own rules regarding offers and service provisions as stipulated in the Individual Regulations of each Participating Resort.**

  3. Participating clients who, during the Eligible Period, access the Resort Week offer hub website www.resortweek.com.br will have access to exclusive offers promoted by the Participating Resorts, through the sales channels indicated by the Resorts, according to the rules and conditions established in the Individual Regulations of each Participating Resort, available on the Promotion's website www.resortweek.com.br.

  4. The offer and benefit provided by each Participating Resort are strictly linked and available only to participating clients and their respective CPF/MF, which is personal and non-transferable, regardless of the number of purchases made directly with the “Participating Resort.” The offers are valid and available only through the Participating Resorts of this action and are subject to room and date availability as per the Individual Regulations of each one.

  5. Resorts Brasil is not responsible for the marketing, payment methods, or completion of the sale of the offer, which is the responsibility of each “Participating Resort” and purchasing client.

  6. Room availability for the offered conditions is the responsibility of the Participating Resort in this action. The control and provision of discounts and benefits will be the responsibility of the Participating Resorts in the action. The Participating Resort is responsible for creating and promoting its offer on its channels, as well as for controlling and guaranteeing its applicability at the time of booking payment.

  7. The Participating Resorts and Resorts Brasil are not liable for bookings not finalized for any reason or finalized with incorrect data during the promotion period.

  8. Participating clients must comply with the conditions, means, and deadlines of their participation in the Promotion, and those who commit any type of fraud or illegal act will be summarily excluded and may be held civilly and criminally liable. The Participating Resorts reserve the right to disqualify any participating client whose conduct indicates fraud or illegal activity.

  9. This Promotion does not imply any type of contest, giveaway, prize draw, or similar operation; moreover, it does not involve luck, and therefore is not subject to prior authorization, as established in Law No. 5,768/71.

  10. The General Regulations of the Promotion, as well as the Individual Regulations, may be modified, suspended, and/or canceled by Resorts Brasil and the Participating Resorts, at their exclusive discretion, as well as for reasons of force majeure and/or unforeseeable circumstances that may compromise the proper progress of the Promotion. In such cases, participating clients will be notified through registered emails and/or the website www.resortweek.com.br.

  11. Resorts Brasil and the “Participating Resorts,” on their own behalf and that of their employees, undertake to conduct the current Campaign in compliance with the existing legislation on Personal Data Protection and the determinations of regulatory/supervisory bodies on the subject, especially Law 13.709/2018, in addition to the other regulations and data protection policies in each country where any type of client data processing occurs.

15.1. By joining this promotion, participating clients accept all terms of these Regulations, as well as the Individual Regulations, and declare that they fully and unreservedly accept all terms and conditions of the Privacy Policy of Resorts Brasil https://www.resortsbrasil.com.br/politica-de-privacidade and of each Participating Resort, available in each Individual Regulation, authorizing the use of their personal data as per these Regulations.

  1. The Participating Resorts in the campaign, as well as Resorts Brasil, are only responsible for the registration data within their database, such as data collected for booking confirmations.

INDIVIDUAL REGULATIONS OF PARTICIPATING RESORT (RESORT WEEK – 8TH EDITION) COSTAO DO SANTINHO

By means of this instrument, which is a complementary part of the GENERAL PROMOTION REGULATIONS, available on the site (www.resortweek.com.br), the Resort COSTAO DO SANTINHO TURISMO E LAZER SA – 04.908.757.0001.39, hereinafter referred to as Costao do Santinho, declares that it is an enterprise participating in the Resort Week – 8th Edition Promotion and publishes the rules and general conditions of its offer, which will be available to participating Clients between April 9 to April 15, 2025, the period during which the Resort Week – 8th Edition Campaign will take place (“Promotion”). Participating clients who access the offer hub site of Resort Week (www.resortweek.com.br) during the period from April 9 to April 15, 2025 (“Eligible Period”) will have access to the following offer from the Participating Resort:

  1. OFFER/PRODUCT DETAILS: For bookings made during the campaign period, a Discount: 10% discount on rates not cumulative with other offers, except CHD FREE (on selected dates from May to August) and discount for cash payments at Resort Costao do Santinho for use within the Sales Period: 09 to 15/04/2025.

May 2025 + CHD FREE: 18/05 to 21/05 – minimum of 03 nights 25/05 to 29/05 – minimum of 03 nights June 2025 + CHD FREE: 01/06 to 06/06 – minimum of 03 nights 08/06 to 12/06 – minimum of 03 nights 15/06 to 19/06 – minimum of 03 nights 22/06 to 29/06 – minimum of 03 nights July 2025 + CHD FREE: 13/07 to 31/07 – minimum of 05 nights August 2025 + CHD FREE: 13/08 to 17/08 – minimum of 03 nights 26/08 to 28/08 – minimum of 02 nights 31/08 to 02/09 – minimum of 02 nights September 2025: 28/09 to 02/10 – minimum of 04 nights

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

  1. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation or changes up to 10 days before check-in (entry date): no cancellation fee; Cancellation or changes 9 days before check-in or less: 100% cancellation fee of the reservation value. Refunds will be via issuance of a credit letter valid for up to 01 (one) year from the cancellation date. The credit letter can be used to offset amounts for a new reservation, according to the current rate and availability of the resort.

  2. GENERAL INFORMATION: Discount not cumulative with other offers, actions, conditions, etc. Discount valid only for the selected periods and according to the Resort rules specified in item 1.

  3. The benefit mentioned in the above item is linked and available only to Clients with their respective CPF/MF, which is personal and non-transferable, regardless of the number of purchases made directly through the following channels: • Reservations center via email reservas@costao.com.br • Phone 0800 048 1000 or • Website www.costao.com.br

  4. To obtain the discount mentioned in item 1 of these regulations, the client must use the Coupon XXXXX

  5. The full Promotion of the Campaign (offer + exclusive benefit to the participating client of this action) is valid only for reservations made in the Participating Resort of this action as detailed in the General Regulations and in this instrument. The offer for the promotion is subject to room and date availability.

  6. By joining this promotion, participating clients accept all terms of these Regulations and declare that they fully and without reservation accept all terms and conditions of the Participating Resort's Privacy Policy, available at www.costao.com.br, authorizing the use of their personal data under these Regulations.

  7. The validity of the accommodation period for this action will be exclusively on the following dates:

and reservations must be made during the promotion period (April 9 to April 15, 2025).

The Participating Resort is fully responsible, in accordance with the law, for the truthfulness and accuracy of the information provided in these Regulations.
