This Consumer Week 2025 Regulation – Costao do Santinho aims to establish the standards for offers and customer service at Costao do Santinho Resort during the promotional price period (from March 10 to 16, 2025) and clarify all important and necessary information for a successful purchase. Non-cumulative promotion.
2.1 Start and end dates and sales channels
2.1.1 The promotional price purchase period for CONSUMER WEEK 2025 at Costao do Santinho will be as per the dates below:
Sales will be through the virtual store (available at www.costao.com.br); Reservation Center (available at 0800 048 1000) and via Whatsapp (available at 048 3261.2051), or through your travel agent or operator.

2.3 Available packages
2.3.1 The promotional price packages for CONSUMER WEEK 2025 at Costao do Santinho are exclusively for leisure guests, not applicable to corporate events (meetings, congresses, workshops, etc.);
2.3.2 The promotional price packages for CONSUMER WEEK 2025 do not include participation in theme events, limited to available dates.
2.3.3 Consumers participating in CONSUMER WEEK 2025 at Costao do Santinho should be aware of the rules. The number of packages sold is limited and prices will vary.
2.3.4 All available packages for CONSUMER WEEK 2025 at Costao do Santinho include the All-Inclusive System, with all meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), drinks, snacks, and beverages included. For more information, visit: http://www.costao.com.br/all-inclusive; 2.3.5 All package prices offered during CONSUMER WEEK 2025 at Costao do Santinho for stays in 2025 and 2026 are for Superior, Luxury 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments, and Suites (children aged 4 to 11 stay free according to the room's physical capacity and on selected 2025 dates).
Superior - 1-bedroom (room and bathroom), accommodates up to 2 adults and one child up to 11 years accommodated in an extra bed OR a child from 0 to 3 years in a crib;
Superior 1-bedroom – Living room, fully equipped kitchen, balcony, accommodates up to 2 adults, 2 children aged 4 to 11 accommodated in extra beds, and 1 baby up to 3 years accommodated in a crib;
Superior 2-bedroom - Living room, fully equipped kitchen, balcony, accommodates up to 4 adults, 2 children aged 4 to 11 accommodated in extra beds, and 1 baby up to 3 years accommodated in a crib;
Superior 3-bedroom - Living room, fully equipped kitchen, balcony, accommodates up to 6 adults, 2 children aged 4 to 11 accommodated in extra beds, and 1 baby up to 3 years accommodated in a crib;
Luxury 1-bedroom – Living room, fully equipped kitchen, balcony, accommodates up to 2 adults, 2 children aged 4 to 11 accommodated in extra beds, and 1 baby up to 3 years accommodated in a crib;
Luxury 2-bedroom – Living room, fully equipped kitchen, balcony, accommodates up to 4 adults, 2 children aged 4 to 11 accommodated in extra beds, and 1 baby up to 3 years accommodated in a crib;
Luxury 3-bedroom – Living room, fully equipped kitchen, balcony, accommodates up to 6 adults, 2 children aged 4 to 11 accommodated in extra beds, and 1 baby from 0 to 3 years accommodated in a crib;
Junior Suite – Standard hotel room with balcony, near the social area, with bathroom, whirlpool bath, minibar, air conditioning, cable TV. Accommodates 2 adults and one baby from 0 to 3 years in a crib;
Luxury Suite - Complete 1-bedroom apartment, with balcony, near the social area, with dining room, living room, and fully equipped kitchen. Accommodates up to 2 adults, 2 children (aged 4 to 11) in extra beds, and 1 baby up to 3 years in a crib.
Master Suite - Room with balcony, near the social area, mini pantry with microwave and minibar, bathroom, whirlpool bath, air conditioning, and cable TV - Accommodates 2 adults, 1 child up to 11 years in an extra bed, and 1 baby from 0 to 3 years in a crib.
Imperial Suite – Complete 2-bedroom apartment, balcony, near the social area, with dining room, living room, and fully equipped kitchen. Accommodates up to 4 adults, 2 children in extra beds (aged 4 to 11), and 1 baby from 0 to 3 years in a crib.
2.4 Payment methods for packages purchased during CONSUMER WEEK 2025 at Costao do Santinho
2.4.1 Payment through the Virtual Store (via the website): can be made in up to 10 interest-free installments on Visa and Mastercard credit cards, and up to 1 installment for credit cards issued in other countries. If the customer's credit card is not approved, the reservation will be automatically canceled and an electronic message will be sent to the customer.
2.4.2 Payment through the Reservation Center via number 0800 048 1000.
2.4.2.1 Take advantage of CONSUMER WEEK to use your previously issued credit voucher from the Resort.
2.4.2.2 Payment can also be made via bank transfer or pix, in one installment. By choosing this payment method, the customer will receive an additional 5% financial discount. The transfer receipt must be sent within 24 hours, stating the paid reservation number. This receipt can be sent via WhatsApp: (48) 3261-2051 or email costaoreservas@costao.com.br. After 24 hours, if your receipt is not received, the reservation will be automatically canceled.

2.5 Cancellation policy
The reservations of the CONSUMER WEEK 2025 promotion have a flexible rescheduling policy. Only in cases guaranteed by the Consumer Protection Code, including the right of withdrawal; that is, when the cancellation is requested by the customer within a maximum of seven days after the date of purchase. Reservations requested through the Reservation Center (0800 048 1000) and the online store that do not have confirmed payment will be automatically canceled.
Flexible Rescheduling Policy: Cancellation or changes up to 10 days before check-in (arrival date): no cancellation fee; Cancellation or changes 9 days before check-in or less: 100% reservation value cancellation fee.
NOTE: Refunds will be through the issuance of a credit voucher with a validity of up to 01 (one) year from the cancellation date. The credit voucher can be used to deduct amounts from a new reservation, according to the current rate and resort availability. 2.5.1 Before finalizing the reservation, ensure that the guests' names are correctly filled out, as once the reservation is confirmed, changes will not be allowed. A photo ID will be required at check-in.
2.5.2 For card payments: at check-in, you must present the physical credit card used for the reservation payment, along with the cardholder's ID.
2.6 In case of doubts
The entire team of the Reservations Department at Costao do Santinho will be ready to clarify any doubts from the clients.

2.7 Other information
Costao do Santinho informs that the available packages are specific to CONSUMER WEEK 2025, as well as the prices practiced being exclusive during this period, with no other precedents for discounts on groups and/or reservations already confirmed previously with the Resort. Issues not covered in this Regulation will be addressed individually between the parties.
